Provide Human Resource partnership to associates at the Eddie Bauer Corporate Office. Drive to enhance performance by providing leadership guidance, associate relations support, career path advisory, reshaping facilitation, and company risk mitigation. Actively participate in the leadership of HR initiatives to maximize individual performance accountability and the pursuit of an engaged brand culture.
