    Develop and drive editorial strategy by integrating Go To Market and Key Item product stories in meaningful ways, while achieving revenue and conversion targets across all channels


    • Translate GTM product strategies across all channels.
    • Partner with teams to build Editorial Calendar, featuring all key messaging including but not limited to: Emails, Campaign Pages, Lookbooks, Seasonal Trend Stories, Promotions & Partnerships, ensuring alignment across online and instore messaging.
    • Contribute and drive execution of editorial content strategies and proactively seek out incremental opportunities within and outside of the traditional marketing space.
    • Proactively devise unique story angles and craft compelling marketing that positions Eddie Bauer brand positively, driving seasonal GTM messaging that connects customer to our brand via outfitting, emails, video, editorial linking to PDP, etc.
    • Distribute competitor and market information. 
    • Work with creative media partners on benchmarking, amplification of plans and opportunistic scenario planning and execution.
    • Partner closely with key partners around digital marketing and email to see what types of content is engaging with different audiences and communicate those findings to creative team via monthly hindsight reports.
    • Work closely with creative and digital marketing to plan out needs by quarter and work with creative team on design.
    • Additional responsibilities as requested.


    • 4-year degree in merchandising, economics or marketing focus.
    • 3 years of marketing experience in digital marketing.
    • Solid foundation with email marketing tools and products to build mail content and select data for email campaigns.
    • Experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software.
    • Thrives in a fast paced, iterative environment.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple, complex tasks. simultaneously and maintain a clear sense of priorities for self.
    • Ability to identify consumer needs/wants/trends, no matter the channel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and mature interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive with a can-do attitude and a natural aptitude to think outside of the box
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
