Examples of channels within scope: Eddie Bauer Germany, Third Party Vendors (Amazon/Walmart/Ebay/Wholesale/Lord and Taylor), Warehouse Store Inventory Management and Real Estate (Opening/Closing/Relocation Stores).
Manage pricing, inventory levels & transfers with channels.
Execute monthly reforecasting at style/color level to identify and make recommendation regarding under or over stock positions.
Build effective cross-functional relationships and skillfully navigate / influence business decisions.
Recruit, identify, develop, and retain Planning Analysts and/or Planning Reps that will lead and deliver performance excellence while supporting a diverse environment.
Proactively identify channel specific retail issues and opportunities, proposing solutions and communicating a unified direction.
4 year college degree preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in a retail/catalog planning/buying capacity preferably with a multi-channel retailer.
Demonstrated experience driving a business through financial planning, gross margin, and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, develops, and motivates high quality individuals.
