The Optimization Specialist leads the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments for the Eddie Bauer digital business. This position will define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction. Addtionally, participate in the analytics implementation and data validation process for new campaigns.
