The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Digital marketing in the optimization of Eddie Bauer Affiliate Marketplace businesses leading the development and execution of the digital strategy.  In addition, this position drives the day-to-day management of the programs and related optimization.





Core Accountabilities:

  • Manages the development and execution of extensive content strategies with affiliate publishers and proactively seeks out incremental opportunities with existing and new partners within and outside of the traditional affiliate marketing space, seeking out business development opportunities.
  • Manages the day-to-day relationship with affiliate publishers.
  • Leads the digital marketplace business relationships, such as Amazon.com, including the oversight of listing and review optimization, AMS paid advertising, reporting/analysis, project-managing internal stakeholders, and more.
  • As marketplace relationships and ecosystems evolve, keep up with industry trends and optimizations to lead enhancement of the brand’s competitiveness. This includes trends across marketing, reviews, content, and more.
  • Responsible for launching new marketplaces and/or new global opportunities with our current affiliates and marketplaces.
  • Drive opportunities within affiliate, Amazon, and data feed channels to foster growth and drive primary objectives as they relate to revenue, new customer acquisition and existing customer retention for all channels, online and offline.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of performance across owned channels to effectively drive decisions that will incrementally impact each channel accordingly.


Education/Experience Required:

  • A./B.S. Degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in digital or traditional marketing.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and/or Amazon 3P/2P selling.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environment, managing multiple critical tasks with competing priorities.
  • Ability to grasp complex measurement and attribution concepts to grow programs most effectively.
  • Experience with reporting and analyzing data with the ability to communicate and relate to individuals.
  • Proven knowledge of proactively seeking growth across all verticals.
  • Experience taking direction and executing directives, treating every initiative as an opportunity to grow one’s self and the business.
  • Ability to multi-task in demanding and ever-changing environment.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
  • The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.  As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume.  This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
