Overview

The Store Fulfillment Manager is accountable to lead the execution, communication, and coordination of our Ship from Store Omni Inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Review system reports for routing/picking data load, inventory imports for available to sell inventory and orders that failed to fulfill within retail stores from the previous day.
  • Run/Monitor morning allocation so store can fulfill orders throughout the day.
  • Will be required to work closely with Wave Analysts, allocation team and other members of retail operation team to ensure orders are filled to meet customer service level agreements.
  • Monitor inventory and inventory adjustment exports (available to promise) to the order management system.
  • Review and resolve any I/O (input/output) errors within the SFS application.
  • Review and monitor allocated hot orders to ensure fulfillment or cancellation has occurred.
  • Monitor expedited, aging, or inventory shortage orders to ensure and provide retail operations with data so orders are completed timely.
  • Ensure all daily uploads and jobs within SFS complete successfully.
  • Monitor all stores to ensure pick confirmed is performed on all orders by designated pick up times.
  • Work with store staff on delinquent orders pending carrier scans and aging order report.
  • Update safety stock or kill switch values within the application.
  • Create/Delete store users as well as maintain store participation list.
  • Define a holiday process within StoreNet ship from store application to support peak season planning model.
  • Ability to cross train waving clerks to support StoreNet ship from store application.
  • Support retail stores in resolving order processing issues.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in retail store procedures, inventory management systems and waving applications for ship from store process
  • Practical knowledge of the Radial Ship from Store (SFS) StoreNet Application preferred
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following: COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL, C++, SQL, Visual Basic, Java, Biztalk preferred
  • Strong mathematical acumen and the ability to create and use database applications, analyze, and reconcile statistical data 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team environment; schedule flexibility required with willingness to be on-call
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, and the ability to have fun!

 

Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Logistics
  • 1-3 years of waving and/or allocation administration experience
