Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, reference checking, offer negotiation and closing of Exempt and Non-Exempt positions for Eddie Bauer. Develop Talent Pipelines; working with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and sourcing targets. Act as an internal and external Brand Ambassador to support culture, retention and business initiatives that drive EBITDA.
