Utilizing your thorough knowledge of server-side object-oriented programing, and prior experience of B2C ecommerce experience, you will work with a team of highly talented individuals to create and launch digital commerce solutions.   • Working on the front-end of the ecommerce applications, as well as, building AWS serverless technologies, API gateways, and Lambda functions in AWS
  • Developing new features using React.js and building the resuable components.
  • Designing high responsive web based user interface.
  • Design and build micro services and integrations with partner technologies
  • API design, development, and management
  • Help define the architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall customer experience
  • Serve as a full-stack developer helping to bridge the gap between front end developers and back end engineers
  • Develop plans in conjunction with partner teams (Product Management, Operations, Online Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, and Enterprise IT)
  • Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, security, operations, and process improvement as a member of the ecommerce engineering team
  • Design, create, test, deploy and support software applications
  • Problem solving (triage defects, recommend and implement a fix for critical issues)
  • Help build an engineering culture that consistently delivers value to our customers


  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 5 to 8 years of overall development experience in both front end and back end technologies
  • 2+ years with React.js and knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows(such as Flux or Redux)
  • Having experience in GraphQL APIs and familiar with the Apollo platform.
  • 3+ years proven experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise class transactional eCommerce systems or equivalent experience in large technical environments
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting solutions with cloud providers such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other related technologies
  • 2+ years of architectural and hands-on development experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure, including templating (CloudFormation or Terraform), serverless (Lambda, API Gateway), security (IAM, service roles), and a good general background on common services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFront, and Route53
  • Experience with Mongo DB atlas.
  • REST, Open API, and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of ecommerce systems architecture with working knowledge of strategies that will lead to continued success and growth in online retail
  • Experience working on content management systems is preferred
  • Experience with best practices in software delivery including DevOps, Agile/Scrum methods, CI, and the tools that support these processes
  • Strong knowledge of security standards, practices, and architecture
  • Experience with functional, regression, performance and stress testing
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as NewRelic, Dynatrace, or Datadog
