Overview

Contribute to company performance by managing the development, execution and performance for the following marketing programs:  omni-channel marketing, seasonal and annual marketing programs and campaigns, consumer research, and agency management and review. 

Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities

  • Drive the development, execution and performance reporting of annual and seasonal brand marketing campaigns that support and complement the go-to-market campaigns, align with brand activations, increase brand affinity and drive traffic to commerce channels
  • Create corporate RFPs and manage external agency partners when needed
  • Partner with cross-functionally to ensure omni-level integration
  • Lead consumer insights and research, both qualitative and quantitative for Eddie Bauer
  • Partner with site analytics to integrate with brand tracking vendor
  • Ensure use of best practices. Utilize new and emerging methods to capture customer information.
  • Act as a marketing liaison to other departments to ensure all aspects of customer feedback are standardized according to company goals
  • Organize findings for share-outs
  • Manage media buying agency and develop, manage and execute yearly media plan
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop testing and measuring methodology for marketing programs
  • Assist with omni-channel marketing programs with cross functional partners (CFT)
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plan programs for seasonal campaigns that drive traffic and conversion
  • Manage and own the marketing promotional calendar
  • Manage communication with CFT and partner on ad hoc marketing requests
  • Support CFT teams in implementation of events – in-store, local opportunities, digital campaigns.
  • Develop omni-channel marketing program hindsight reports with recommendations for future execution.
  • Create and implement plans for new store openings, closures, and relocations.
  • Prepare quarterly competitive analysis reports for the leadership team
  • Assist with marketing programs for wholesale and licensing partners, as well as Eddie Bauer Kids.
  • Assist with GTM strategy as needed
  • Manage marketing budget

Qualifications

Education / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing
  • 8+ years of proven marketing experience with a focus in retail and lifestyle
  • Successful track record in development of results-oriented retail marketing programs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Understanding and passion for retail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people/functions at many levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects over multiple focus areas in a fast-paced environment
