  • Overview

    Manages creative initiatives and projects, ensuring process efficiency for marketing content in assigned channels, from project initiation through delivery. Actively partners with leads from each creative discipline, business managers, and the leadership team to ensure job consistency, cost control, and timely execution of Creative projects.


    Core Accountabilities:

    • Provides project management for a portfolio of multi-channel, cross-divisional print and digital projects in support of seasonal marketing campaigns/events and business program needs that directly support the brand's Omni channel marketing strategies.
    • Works in partnership with creative and business stakeholders to ensure up front project requirements are received, and that projects are delivered are on time, meet strategic objectives and fall within approved scope and budget parameters.
    • Schedules and facilitates multiple weekly meetings including project kick-offs, executive creative approvals, issue resolution, and creative team stand-ups.
    • Works closely with creative teams to keep a pulse on the work, discuss project status and scope, ensure preparation for creative approvals.
    • Accountable for applying process innovation to project management approach and is able to think differently, using non-traditional methods to move work forward.
    • Implements and optimizes standardized workflows for the department’s marketing deliverables, utilizing tools like File Maker Pro,  project management and work collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams, Basecamp) Adobe Creative Suite.
    • As needed, provides training for technical tools, procedures, and best practices to other employees in and outside of the department.

    Education/Experience Required:

    • 4- year college degree or a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred.
    • 3-5 years of progressive project management related experience with at least 1+ years experience as a project manager or equivalent. Managing marketing projects preferred.
    • 1+ years’ experience managing process optimization.
    • Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in creative terminology.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
    • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify process opportunities and implement new creative process where needed.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results both independently and as a part of a team.
    • Adept at independent problem solving and conflict resolution.
